Yoga Essentials

Whether you are new to yoga, or looking to refresh your practice, this 4-week. Yoga Essentials is designed to give you experience in the foundational yoga poses, helpful modifications, and the use of props. We take our time to get into postures and breathing exercises to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind.
