We have carefully selected brands to be able to tailor the treatment to your needs. All treatments include a consultation and skin assessment to decide on the best course of treatment for you.

Chemical Peels

Sun exposure, stress, and aging can cause fine lines, wrinkles, pigmentation, age spots, acne, loss of collagen, rough texture, and dry skin. Effective management includes using suitable skincare products and chemical peels. Depending on the peel, you can stimulate collagen, accelerate cell turnover, reduce oil, minimize pigmentation, and repair damaged cells.

LED Therapy

LED therapy devices use specific light wavelengths to improve cellular health by repairing and replenishing tissue cells. Although LED lights have been available since the 1960s, their use for skin treatment is recent. Each wavelength penetrates the skin at different depths, making LED therapy effective for conditions like acne, inflammation, aging, wound healing, and psoriasis. It is ideal after chemical peels and microneedling.

Microneedling

Microneedling, also referred to as Collagen Induction Therapy is improves the overall health and appearance of your skin. The treatment is suited for individuals with mild to severe acne scars, fine lines, skin laxity, sun damage and general loss of collagen and elastin. Microneedling stimulates the natural collage production of the body, promoting a healthy and youthful appearance of the skin.

Intense Pulsed Light therapy (IPL)

Pulsed Light therapy (IPL) is a treatment using heat and multiple wavelengths of light to improve skin conditions such as brown pigmentation, age spots, prominent facial capillaries, redness, acne, rosacea, and unwanted facial and body hair.

Dermaplaning

Dermaplaning is a cosmetic treatment that uses a non-surgical scalpel with a surgical and individual, disposable blade to gently remove dead skin cells along with fine, vellus hair from the face, also known as a peach fuzz (until it grows back, of course). It's also called microplaning or blading. Dermaplaning will not make the vellus hair grow back thicker or coarser.

Massage

HotStone Massage

A full body massage using hot stones to ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body. During the treatment, smooth, fat, basalt heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The heat from the stones provides temporary pain relief for sore muscles.

Abhyanga Ayurvedic Massage

Abyhanga is traditional Ayurvedic massage therapy, involving the application of warm, herb-infused, dosha-specific oil all over the body through long repetitive friction-based massage strokes on the limbs and circular strokes on the joints. As the oil penetrates the skin and tissues, it loosens toxins at a cellular level. This massage is deeply relaxing and rejuvenating.  It balances the doshas, in particular Vata dosha, promotes circulation, boosts immune system function, and creates deep relaxation in the mind and body. The oils chosen for this treatment are based on the client’s condition and assessed by the therapist.

Aromatherapy Massage

A full body relaxation massage with essential oils. During an hour of indulgence, this treatment will help you relax and reduce tensions. Focus is on a light pressure with slow movements. This is the perfect antidote the stresses of modern life. Depending on your requirements, we will recommend an oil blend to suit your needs.

Reflexology Massage

Includes facial and foot reflexology, to restore balance and calm the mind.  Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the principle that there are areas and points on the feet, face, hands and ears that map via the nervous system to corresponding parts of the body. When pressure is applied to these areas and points, it stimulates the movement of energy along the nerve channels and helps
to restore balance in the whole body. The results from a regular reflexology session can bring calm, clarity and a feeling of overall well-being.

Reiki

Reiki is an energy healing technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

It is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. A Reiki treatment can take you to a place of deep relaxation where the body can begin to heal itself. During the treatment, the practitioner uses gentle touch to help guide this energy in a way the leads to balance and healing. 

Body Treatments

Body treatments aim to exfoliate, cleanse, tone, detoxify and relax the body. Like facial treatments, it is the selection of techniques, product ingredients and equipment that will help to improve the health and appearance of the skin.

Malva sweet body scrub

A full body exfoliation using sugar and mallow to remove dead skin cells and stimulate circulation. After removing the scrub with warm towels, a moisturizing lotion is applied.

Malva Mind-Body-Soul body treatment

A complete body treatment tailored to your needs including a body scrub, warm towels, body wrap and massage with hot stones. While wrapped, enjoy an Indian head massage and facial acupressure
massage.

Pedicure

Our classic pedicure begins with a therapeutic foot bath. Your feet are soaked and cleansed in warm, scented water to soften the skin followed by an exfoliating scrub to further soften the skin. Feet are filed and callus removed. Nails are trimmed and shaped and cuticles are carefully tended to. Your feet and lower legs are then massaged using a cream to soften and relax you and your feet.

Spa Pedicure

Our Spa Pedicure includes all the steps of our classic pedicure. In addition, you receive a mud or algae foot treatment /wrap and an acupressure massage finishing with a polish of your choice.

Malva Signature Pedicure

If you are looking to pamper yourself and indulge in a bit of relaxation, our signature pedicure is your choice.  In addition to the steps of the classic pedicure, you will enjoy a warm paraffin wrap, heated towels and a longer massage using hot stones.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a holistic treatment based on the idea that areas on the feet, face, hands, and ears correspond to other body parts. Applying pressure to these points stimulates energy flow along nerve channels, restoring body balance. Regular sessions can bring calm, clarity, and overall well-being.

Hair Removal

Malva offers a variety hair removal methods, including waxing, sugaring and IPL.

Sugaring is a method of temporary body hair removal similar to waxing. A natural method of hair removal, is involves using
a paste made up of sugar, lemon juice and water. Sugaring is safe to use of any part of the body and is often experienced as more as more comfortable than waxing.

IPL works by concentrating a beam of light onto hair follicles, heating them, and stunting hair growth.
