Meet the founder
Wellness has always been Bella's passion. Bella's journey with yoga began when she observed its profound impact on her physical and mental well-being. Over the past 15 years, she has practiced and trained in several branches of yoga. Her career began with a psychology degree from the University of Guelph, followed by training as a skincare therapist and holistic nutritionist.
Bella operated her own salon before transitioning to teaching and developing educational programs for skincare therapists at a Canadian college. Her dedication to holistic wellness has led her to pursue various trainings, including becoming a nutrition advisor, aromatherapist, and Ayurvedic therapist.
Despite her diverse experiences, Sweden and its approach to health have always resonated with her. Now, as Bella moves back to Sweden, she is excited to embark on a new chapter, where she can continue to share her passion for wellness, education, and skincare in a place she loves.
Meet Mattea
We are thrilled to welcome our new guest instructor Mattea Carson at Malva Yoga & Wellness Studio! With a 200-hour certification in Akhanda Yoga from Rishikesh, India, and a 300-hour certification from World Peace Yoga School in Bali, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our community. Her passion for yoga and holistic wellness is evident in every class she leads. Though she travels frequently, she joins Malva as a guest instructor when on site in Sweden, offering our students a unique and enriching experience. Her teachings are a blend of deep spiritual insights and practical techniques, making her classes both transformative and inspiring.
